Artist Terry Lawrie's latest full scale sculpture; the iconic Bugatti Type 35.

The Bugatti Type 35, released in 1924, was an immediate success with its incredible light weight castings and high-performance engines. This faithfully accurate rendition in 10 mm steel tubing features an incredibly precise representation of the Bugatti Type 35's louvered bonnet, octagonal grille with start number 8, hollow cast front axle, cable brakes, leaf springs, and “block” tread pattern race tires. Each component is hand-formed to strict tolerances, professionally MIG welded, sandblasted, and then powder coated.

Finishes include painting to highlight the Aluminum wheels and the integrated drum brakes, and hollow cast front axle while the “body” is finished in Bugatti's French Blue racing colors. For the passionate historic Bugatti owner and aficionados, this unique piece displays the visual form of one of the Grand Prix racing's most legendary constructors.
