Luciano Burti had a brief career racing for Jaguar and Prost in Formula One, a serious crash at the 2001 Belgian Grand Prix was the final race weekend of his career. Test driving for Ferrari followed for three seasons, a final demonstration role for the Williams team at Brazil in 2005, returning to Brazil a long career in Stock Car Brazil followed.
