Stefan Mücke started his racing career in 1998, when he won the Formula BMW ADAC series, with his father's Mücke Motorsport team, also making their debut. He competed in German Formula Three for his father's team for the next three years, before moving to the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters for 2002.

This Uvex helmet was used by Stefan during the 2006 season. The helmet shows good signs of use and retains radio intercom wiring mounting clip and Velcro on the top of the helmet, a regular fitment for closed cockpit car racing.
