An Online Only Auction 

Broad Arrow is excited to present an outstanding UK-based auction of over 100 lots of Automobilia and Memorabilia. A broad range of both automobilia and memorabilia highlights range from a James Hunt crash damaged McLaren front wing to racing overalls used by Max Verstappen.

 

AUCTION SCHEDULE

13 October – Lots open for bidding at 12:00 UK time

27 October – Lots begin to close at 19:00 UK time

 

PLEASE NOTE: The items in this sale are based in the United Kingdom. Archival imagery used within this sale comes from Girardo&Co with full rights obtained for internet usage. Due to conversions from US dollars some estimates may fluctuate when displayed in alternative currencies.

 

 

Bidder Information

PAYMENT

  • Payment is due by 17:00 UK time on the next business day following the auction. Credit card payments are accepted for purchases up to £5,000. For purchases exceeding £5,000, payment must be made by bank transfer.

 

ADDITIONAL FEES

  • Buyer’s Premium for Automobilia / Memorabilia is at a rate of 25% (including applicable taxes).
  • For any motor vehicle the Buyer’s Premium is 15% of the first £200,000 and 12.5% of the amount by which the hammer prices exceeds £200,000 (excluding applicable taxes).
  • The amount due is the final bid amount of each lot and the Buyer’s Premium.
  • The Buyer’s Premium is also detailed in the Conditions of Sale found HERE.
  • Buyers are responsible for any local taxes or duty on any lots purchased. International bidders are responsible for any applicable import duties.

 

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE

  • Lots can be collected by appointment only (from Berkshire, UK), subject to cleared payment.
  • Shipping of items is available through Special Auction Services, subject to cleared payment following acceptance of an official shipping estimate.
  • Buyers accept in the event of a winning bid that their personal information for the purposes of shipping and logistics only will be shared with Special Auction Services.
  • Please note insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Should items not be collected or shipped by 27 November 2024 storage / additional charges may become applicable.
  • Alternatively, buyers can arrange by appointment their own third-party courier to collect their purchases. A packing fee will be applicable.
  • The following lot numbers cannot be shipped through normal means and Buyers are wholly responsible for collection or third-party shipment of these lots: Lot 171 (from Potters Bar, UK), Lot 194 (from Berkshire, UK), UK), Lot 205 (from Bicester, UK), Lot 206 (from Berkshire, UK) & Lot 207 (from Bicester, UK).
